Thanks for the restaurant news! I really do intend to post a more comprehensive list of restaurants soon (even though I've been saying that for a while). Lady Gregory is owned by the same folks who own Wilde, and I love their GF menu.
   Thanks again for the update!

Dear Sirs:
I recently tried your 48-count box of ice cream cones, and they are fabulous! When I returned to my local ShopRite supermarket, they told me that they are "out-of-stock" on them, as they only carry this item for the holiday season. I really want to buy more NOW! Can you tell me where else I can purchase these wonderful cones? Much obliged.

                                    Sincerely yours,
                                    (Mrs.) Eva Mackin

Sure. Teff flour is healthy, which is why I included it. But it is hard to find, and it is expensive to have many different GF flours in the house. You will need a total of 1 cup of gluten-free flour, so you can use 1 cup of your favorite GF blend, or you could try 1/2 cup brown rice flour, 1/4 cup sorghum flour, 1/4 cup tapioca starch. Or if you don't have sorghum, you could use 1/2 cup brown rice flour, 1/4 cup potato starch, 1/4 cup tapioca starch.

Hope it works out for you. The squares are good, but gooey, so you might want to keep them refrigerated. Here's the original recipe: http://www.livingwithout.com/recipes/gluten_free_raspberry_oat_squares-2661-1.html

The nice thing about fudge is that it's pretty solid, not delicate at all. So it transports well and, as you said, makes great gifts.
